CarComfort is a US-based service provider that offers on-demand valet EV charging and car wash services through a mobile application. Customers can request customized services right from our app by choosing their preferred car wash location and their preferred car wash services tailor specifically to their needs. EV customers can also schedule customized service right from our app by selecting their preferred EV charging station and setting their EV battery charging limit. Customers will be able to track their vehicles in real time from our app and communicate with the service provider by voice and text once the job gets assigned, also while service is in progress until services are completed. Customers’ vehicles will be inspected by our service provider, and they will receive before-service photos/videos and after-service photos/videos to ensure transparency and accuracy.

We offer on-demand DC fast charging services, Tesla supercharging services, express car wash services and towing services. All our services are express services, and they are designed to be completed within one to two hours depending on customer location as well as specific charging station or car wash location.

Growing up, our founder has always been passionate about cars, recognizing that many vehicle owners are busy and lack the time to care for their cars. He understood the importance of proper car care, and he believes that driving a clean car is as refreshing as putting on new clothes after a shower. In 2018, our founder was among the early adopters of electric vehicles and acquired his first electric vehicle later that year. Since then, his passion and enthusiasm for electric vehicles have grown; however, he has observed that challenges related to charging infrastructure, particularly extended wait times at charging stations, persist. Having to set aside time from a busy schedule to sit at a charging station for twenty to thirty minutes or longer can be inconvenient.
To address these problems, he launched CarComfort, a valet EV charging and car wash service provider. Our founder maintains that this business solution will offer customers enhanced convenience and time savings without disrupting customers’ daily routines. With the CarComfort app, customers can easily request on demand or schedule valet EV charging and car wash services by selecting their preferred packages and providing location details, with options to share instructions with service providers about their vehicle once the job is assigned. Our founder emphasizes the importance of safety, security, and transparency within the app. To deliver a trustworthy and secure experience, he implemented real-time tracking, security PIN verification, ID card authentication, and both pre-service and post-service inspection photos and videos are incorporated to ensure a secure and reliable service experience.
