Claims must be submitted through the CarComfort app using the standard process. Each claim is reviewed in the order received and evaluated internally. Our platform is intended to make the claims process simpler and more efficient for customers. After an accident, either the customer or the service provider may start a claim by submitting clear photos or videos of the damage through the app. If a customer discovers damage after the service is complete, the claim must be filed within 24 hours. CarComfort cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after that period because it may not be possible to verify that damage occurred during the service.
Either the customer or the service provider may initiate a claim after an accident. The process starts when one party documents the damage with clear photos or videos and submits them through the app. If a customer notices damage after a service is completed, the claim must be filed within 24 hours. CarComfort cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this window, as it becomes difficult to confirm that the incident occurred during the service.
After receiving the required documentation, CarComfort will review the claim within 24 to 48 hours, investigate the incident, and contact both parties for statements or additional evidence if needed. Based on the findings, CarComfort will determine the next step or refer the claim for further handling. If CarComfort determines that a service provider is responsible, its internal team will manage communications until an insurance adjuster is assigned or a final internal decision is made.
During the investigation, both parties’ app access may be temporarily suspended. Customers with multiple vehicles may be unable to request services until the claim is resolved, and providers involved in accident or missing-item investigations may also be temporarily suspended. CarComfort’s team will coordinate the initial claim process between the customer, the service provider, and the insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster receives all required information, the adjuster will take over the claim. After that, both parties are responsible for communicating with the adjuster as needed. CarComfort may follow up periodically for updates and will restore account access once the case is fully resolved and closed.
Claims for missing items or property damage must be submitted through the app. Customers and service providers should describe the missing item or damage, provide photos, and include the item’s value or purchase cost when available. CarComfort will review claims in the order received and make a decision based on the evidence provided. For property damage claims, please also include the date, time, and any other relevant details.
