With the CarComfort app, customers can easily request on-demand EV charging and
car wash services or schedule service through the CarComfort app or website. Users
select their preferred package, set their location via GPS or manual entry, and review
estimated charges before booking. After confirmation, customers may share specific
instructions with the service provider.
Once booked, a service provider accepts the job and can communicate with the
customer through text or call for updates and instructions. The app allows real-time
tracking of the provider’s journey to the vehicle pick-up spot. Customers receive
notifications about appointment details and the provider’s estimated arrival. At the
meeting point, the customer gives a four-digit pin and hands over keys, either in person
or through secure alternatives if they cannot meet.
Service providers document the vehicle’s interior and exterior with photos or video
before and after service, noting any unusual issues or belongings. Customers receive
inspection media, can track the service, and coordinate key return through the app.
After completion, a detailed invoice is issued, and customers can rate and tip the
service provider.
