In a situation where a customer car breaks down while a service provider is on their way to provide service or returning from providing service, a service provider is required to contact the customer right away to inform them about the situation. Service provider must stay with the vehicle for up to two hours, either until a towing service arrives or until the customer resolves the issue. After this period, service provider may leave or proceed to your next assignment.
Level 1 Utilizes a standard 120V outlet and is the slowest charging method, typically providing approximately 3–5 miles of range per hour. Level 2: Requires a 240V outlet, commonly found in residential and commercial settings, and delivers about 20–40 miles of range per hour. DC Fast Charging (Level 3): Employs high-power public charging infrastructure, capable of adding 60–200 or more miles of range within 20–40 minutes.

All service providers are required to obtain and maintain their own personal car insurance while providing service on the platform
After we receive the documentation, our team will need 24 to 48 hours to examine the claim and conduct our investigation.
Once our investigation concludes and we determine that our service provider is responsible for the accident or damage, our internal team will handle all communications and keep everyone updated until a claim adjuster is assigned or until a final in-house decision is made.
Service providers who are involved in accidents or missing item investigations may face restrictions or temporary suspension from the platform. Throughout the investigation, neither party will be able to access the app until the claim process is completed.
CarComfort is responsible for initiating claims. Thereafter, it is the obligation of both the customer and the service provider to maintain ongoing communication with the adjuster for the duration of the claims process.
Both service provider and customer accounts will remain suspended until we receive a final case update from the insurance company confirming that the case is resolved and closed.

Discrimination is unacceptable when providing service or receiving services on CarComfort platform. CarComfort is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation of any kind. If anyone is found in the act, they will be terminated immediately from the platform.
Service providers are fully responsible for traffic law violations while operating customer vehicles. Violations must be documented and reported within 24 hours of the incident or upon receiving a citation. After investigation, we will resolve the issue with the customer and deduct the agreed amount from the service provider’s next service.
