After your booking is confirmed, you can contact the service provider by text or phone to share instructions, ask questions, or get updates.
If a customer’s vehicle breaks down because of a preexisting issue, the customer is responsible for any repair or towing costs. CarComfort and the service provider are not liable for mechanical or maintenance problems unrelated to the service. If needed, document the incident in the app with photos or videos for review.
Key handoff is handled securely through a contactless process or a designated meeting location. Customers provide a four-digit PIN, and keys are transferred through the customer’s vehicle app or an in-person exchange.
Service providers document the vehicle’s condition with photos or videos of the interior and exterior before and after service. They also note visible issues or personal items to create a clear condition record.
The app provides real-time tracking of the provider’s trip to the vehicle pickup location through service completion.
After the service is completed, you’ll receive a detailed invoice and can rate and tip the service provider.

Service providers may not use customer vehicles for personal purposes or activities outside their assigned service responsibilities. Violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation are strictly prohibited on the CarComfort platform. CarComfort is committed to a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. Anyone who violates this policy may be removed from the platform immediately.
Service providers are fully responsible for any traffic violations that occur while operating a customer’s vehicle during service. All violations must be documented and reported within 24 hours of the incident or citation. We will make every effort to resolve the violation after our investigation.
