A scheduled service appointment is a customized CarComfort appointment that is booked more than 24 hours in advance, providing customers with a confirmed date and time for vehicle care. This option is ideal for customers who prefer to plan ahead or need services that require additional preparation. Customers will receive multiple notification prior service. Key features and benefits of Scheduled Service are guaranteed appointment time where customers select a specific date and time that fits their schedule. This service option also includes pre-assigned CarComfort service provider before the appointment begins. This option allows the provider to arrive ready with the necessary tools, products, and equipment if needed. If a customer is unsatisfied, CarComfort will review the case and may offer corrections or compensation.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth scheduled service experience, customers must:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Provide accurate vehicle and service information.
• Notify CarComfort of changes at least 12 hours before the appointment.
• Report any issues or damage within 24 hours of service completion.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Customers may reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment.
• Scheduled services may be canceled up to 12 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
• If CarComfort must reschedule or cancel due to provider availability, customers will not be charged.
