Service providers Contract & Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms, conditions, responsibilities, and policies governing the relationship between CarComfort (“CarComfort,” “we,” or “the Company”) and all registered Service Providers (“Service Provider,” “Provider,” or “you”).
CarComfort offers valet EV‑charging and car‑wash services. The Contractor is engaged in providing services and desires to perform such work for the Company on an independent‑contractor basis. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree as follows:
To pick up a customer vehicle, a service provider must present their CarComfort ID card, show the customer their driver profile to make sure it matches and wear their polo shirt during the service time. If any of these requirements are not met, the customer may refuse the vehicle exchange and report the provider to the platform. Also, if a service provider is not compliance at the time of service, they maybe not be able to provide service and might not get compensated for that service. If a complaint is filed by the customer and an investigation complete, we find out that you were trying to provide service without the proper identification you will be suspended or permanently terminated from the platform.
CarComfort service providers are paid based on the customer’s selected package, travel time, wait time, and the type of service performed. Rates vary by package, service type, state, city, and time of day. EV charging services pay a minimum of $50 per service and are typically completed in 30–45 minutes, plus travel time. Car wash services pay a minimum of $75 per service, depending on the package, vehicle size, car wash location, and travel time. A basic car wash is usually completed in about 30 minutes, plus travel time. For example, if a customer selects a basic package and lives 5 minutes from the car wash location, the total service time would be about 40 minutes.
Service providers keep 100% of customer tips. CarComfort does not withhold, split, or interfere with tips.
CarComfort’s rates are based on the service provided, the length of the job, and the state where the service is performed. Most states use a flat service rate, while some may switch to hourly billing after two hours or use an hourly structure from the start. Hourly charges and payment guidelines are reviewed and updated regularly as our business grows, and customer feedback evolves.
Service providers may receive reimbursement if they use personal funds—such as cash or a debit card—because of payment system issues, cash-only locations, or cash-required vacuum services. To request reimbursement, the provider must submit valid proof of payment, such as a receipt or screenshots, to Support for review. Providers may also be eligible for a cancellation fee if a customer cancels while the provider is en route, subject to CarComfort’s cancellation terms and conditions. All reimbursement requests must include appropriate documentation.
Note: If Service Providers use their own funds to vacuum a customer vehicle they will get reimburse.
All refund claims must include appropriate documentation and are subject to review and approval.
Our service fees apply uniformly to all vehicles and services. Every vehicle must receive the same standard of care, whether the service is EV charging or a car wash. For example, if a customer requests EV charging and the vehicle is returned without being charged according to the customer’s instructions or service notes, a $19.99 fee will be charged. The same $19.99 fee applies if a service provider fails to vacuum or detail a customer’s vehicle properly.
Service providers bear complete responsibility for any traffic law violations that occur while operating customer vehicles during service. These violations may include red light infractions, parking tickets, speeding tickets, toll violations, police citations, parking meter offenses, and other related traffic incidents. Providers must ensure that all such violations are properly documented and reported within 24 hours of the occurrence. Non-compliance with incident reporting procedures will result in immediate suspension or deactivation.
Violations must be reported within 24 hours. Failure to report may result in suspension or termination.
CarComfort maintains a clear and accessible vehicle policy. The platform accepts sedans, coupes, minivans, mid-size SUVs, full-size SUVs, and pickup trucks for service. Each vehicle category is assigned specific pricing for service orders. Sedans and coupes, due to their smaller dimensions, are not subject to any additional charges.
List of Services Not Provided: We do not offer services for cargo vans, semi-trucks, buses, motorcycles, or trailers. For comprehensive information regarding the vehicles we service, please refer to our vehicle type list.
We strive to maintain a fair rating system by thoroughly reviewing all complaints from customers and service providers before taking action. If a provider accumulates three or more unjustified cancellations, their account will be suspended and permanently deactivated from the platform. When a customer request is accepted, service providers are required to initiate communication through the app—either via text or phone call—to discuss estimated arrival time, traffic conditions, vehicle issues, parking arrangements, and any other relevant details. Providers must arrive on time at the customer’s address; if delays occur, they should immediately notify the customer. Lateness is not tolerated on our platform.
Timely arrival is expected from all service providers on our platform. Once a booking is confirmed, providers must communicate with customers via the in-app system regarding vehicle pick-up, estimated arrival time, and any special instructions or necessary information prior to commencing the service. If running late, providers are required to notify the customer promptly. Upon arrival, the provider should wait for 15 minutes and make reasonable attempts to contact the customer via call or text. After this period, the provider may mark the customer as a no‑show. If the provider arrives late and the customer opts to cancel the service, compensation will not be issued to the provider.
Note: Late arrival without proper notification may result in non-payment and disciplinary action. Three instances of lateness may result in suspension or termination.
Once a booking is confirmed, providers must use the CarComfort app for all communication with customers about:
Service providers must notify customers if they decide to make changes to the following:
Note: If adjustments are necessary, the customer must be informed before, during, or after service.
Service providers can watch tutorial videos to learn how CarComfort operates. These videos explain each step of the vehicle-handling process and walk through the full service experience from start to finish.
If a customer’s vehicle breaks down while a service provider is traveling to or from a service, the provider must contact the customer immediately. The provider must remain with the vehicle for up to two hours, or until a tow service arrives or the customer resolves the issue. After that, the provider may leave or continue to the next assignment.
All CarComfort service providers must pass a background check during onboarding. This review covers driving history, traffic violations, accidents, and other safety-related factors. Providers must maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, current vehicle inspection, active registration, and auto liability insurance. While performing services, providers must wear the official CarComfort polo, display a CarComfort ID card that matches their profile photo, and carry their ID badge. Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in disqualification. During onboarding, providers must upload clear, valid copies of their driver’s license (front and back), vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. The system flags documents 30 days before expiration, and providers may not perform services with expired documents.
Providers are responsible for any accidents, scratches, vehicle damage, or property damage that occur while performing a job. They must maintain valid auto insurance during onboarding and throughout their time on the platform. To verify their identity, providers must wear the company polo shirt, carry their CarComfort ID card, and keep their profile photo current.
Arriving at a pickup location without the required polo, a current profile photo, or an ID badge may result in removal from the platform. If a customer reports that a provider is out of uniform or does not match their profile photo, the provider may be permanently deactivated. Providers must also be punctual and follow schedules. Repeated lateness or cancellations may lead to suspension or deactivation, and three late arrivals may result in suspension or termination.
Providers will be terminated for smoking, using prohibited substances, speeding, reckless driving, taking unnecessary routes, or failing to meet express-service requirements, including timely pickup, charging or washing, and drop-off. They are responsible for any damage that occurs while operating a customer’s vehicle and must promptly report and document any irregularities or suspicious activity. Theft, fraud, misuse of a customer’s vehicle, or failure to document vehicle condition properly—including accurate pickup and drop-off photos—may result in termination or legal action.
A provider’s account may be suspended or deactivated for bringing another person to assist with services or allowing any unauthorized person in a customer’s vehicle. Providers may never use a customer’s vehicle for personal purposes.
Examples of prohibited conduct on the platform:
Once a scheduled service is confirmed, you and the customer will each receive four reminders before the appointments, specifically at 24 hours, 12 hours, 5 hours, and 2 hours beforehand. In addition to these early notifications, the customer will get alerts when the provider is on their way and upon arrival.
Providers must maintain valid:
Please note that providers are required to maintain valid documentation; services may not be performed with expired documents. Failure to ensure all documents are current will result in suspension or disqualification. Photographs submitted must be clear, appropriately positioned, and of high quality. Providers are expected to use a smartphone equipped with a functional camera and reliable internet access. Submission of inaccurate or incomplete documentation may lead to termination.
The system automatically:

Note: Failure to upload correct documentation results in non-payment or termination.
Providers must wear:
Failure to arrive with the proper uniform or a matching profile photo will result in permanent deactivation. Any reports from customers regarding misrepresentation will lead to immediate removal. Providers must NOT:
Seat belts must be worn at all times. Any misuse, damage, or unauthorized behavior will lead to termination and possible legal action.
CarComfort service providers must maintain personal auto insurance in addition to general liability coverage, which may provide limited protection for certain theft-related incidents or reported missing items. Together, these coverages may apply to accidents, property damage, lost items, and related claims. Claims must be submitted through the CarComfort app using the standard process. Each claim is reviewed in the order received and evaluated internally. Our platform is intended to make the claims process simpler and more efficient for customers.
After an accident, either the customer or the service provider may start a claim by submitting clear photos or videos of the damage through the app. If a customer discovers damage after the service is complete, the claim must be filed within 24 hours. CarComfort cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after that period because it may not be possible to verify that damage occurred during the service.
Either party may initiate claim through the CarComfort app. Claims must include:
Note: CarComfort will investigate and make decisions based on the evidence provided.
CarComfort will:
Note: During claims, both customer and provider accounts are suspended until case closure.
Below are a few tips for service providers involved in an accident while driving a customer’s vehicle:
First, service providers must present their driver’s license and CarComfort ID card for identification. If necessary, they may also show their app profile and current trip status to confirm they are en route to serve a customer. The provider should then inform the officer that they need to contact the customer to locate the vehicle documents and verify the vehicle’s status.
Service providers must:
Note: Unauthorized route will lead to suspension or permanent deviation.
Accepted vehicles:
Not accepted:
Prices may increase based on:
Providers must wash vehicles in accordance with CarComfort standards. Substandard washes may lead to negative ratings and possible suspension.
Providers must charge vehicles to the level specified in the booking. Failure to fully charge the vehicle as required may result in suspension. EV charging and car wash combination services require additional attention and usually have higher payouts.

EV customers are billed at time of booking. Final pricing includes at the end of service:
Note: Prices are estimate until after all services are completed.
